Fantastic advice from Mr. Häfner, he takes a lot of time on site and explains the options very clearly – and you can tell that he really makes serious recommendations to his customers and doesn’t want to sell anything “come hell or high water”. Mr. Häfner is the craftsman you always wish for, but who almost no longer exists. Competent, incredibly friendly, helpful and not looking out for his own advantage. Where appropriate, he sometimes advises cheaper alternatives, even though he doesn’t earn anything from it. I have had a swing door and several cellar shaft covers installed and am very satisfied with Mr. Häfner’s work. And….man can also have a pleasant chat and laugh a lot while working with Mr. Häfner.

A few weeks ago, we had almost our entire apartment fitted with fly screens and a swing door and are completely satisfied. At our request to keep as much light as possible in the rooms, a new type of particularly translucent fabric was installed for a small extra charge. I can only recommend the fly screens from Jürgen Häfner. The advice was very friendly and competent. The measurements were accurate and all the frames fitted straight away.
